You have a lot of GTIN’s? Through the Excel export you can quickly see which one are present and which one not. - Present?
- Yes: check if the item is valid and published correctly (steps 1 to 3 of this checklist).
- No: create your product sheet and publish to your recipient.
- Login in your system.
- Check if the GTIN is present for the Belgian market.
- Present?
- Yes: check if the item is published to the GLN of My Product Manager Share ‘5410000876546’ and check if the GDSN feedback is ‘SYNCHRONIZED’.
If not, please correct the review messages. Tip: you can use our ‘My reports’ option in My Product Manager to download all errors and warnings in 1 overview. - No: create your product sheet for the Belgian market and publish to GLN 5410000876546. Check your GDSN feedback (CIC message) after 24 hours.
- Yes: check if the item is published to the GLN of My Product Manager Share ‘5410000876546’ and check if the GDSN feedback is ‘SYNCHRONIZED’.
- Also publish directly to the GLN of your trading partner(s).
