I want to cancel my My Product Manager account

If you no longer want to use My Product Manager Share, you can terminate your subscription by emailing support@gs1belu.org.

Please note! We recommend that you read the following information carefully before terminating your subscription.

No pro rata refunds

No refunds will be given. When you connect to My Product Manager Share, or when you renew your subscription, you pay for the full year (or pro rata for the year that is already underway). If you terminate in the course of the year, you will not be refunded for the remaining months in that year.

Your customers will no longer have access to your data

Many retailers require you to provide your data via My Product Manager (and/or GDSN). If you cancel your connection to My Product Manager Share, you will therefore no longer be able to fulfill that requirement and you may therefore breach a contractual condition. Please take this into consideration before you cancel your subscription, and verify for definite with your customers whether or not they require you to provide your data via My Product Manager or GDSN.

If you create coupons, then a connection to My Product Manager is a requirement!

The master data that is used to activate coupons (the ones you create in both My Coupon Manager and HighCo) comes from My Product Manager. This means that if you still have active coupons, or if you intend to issue them, cancelling your My Product Manager connection is not possible.
