Migration Hubo - Step-by-step plan for suppliers

(You already create GTINs and basic product sheets)

1. Upgrade to My Product Manager Share
   1. Log in to My GS1.
   2. Approve the offer for the upgrade to My Product Manager Share.
   3. Pay the related invoice.
2. Automatic migration of Hubo supplier data
   After payment, GS1 migrates the available product information from the Hubo supplier platform to your My Product Manager Share account within three working days. We will then contact you for a personal onboarding.
3. Check and improve your migrated product sheets
   You start with a solid base, but to be able to publish, product sheets must obtain the status VALID.
4. Publish to Hubo
   As soon as your product sheets are VALID, you can publish:
   Via MPM Targets and GDSN Targets:
   Hubo GLN = 5400620000001

   GS1 migrates the available product information from the Hubo supplier platform to your My Product Manager Share account within three working days. We will then contact you for personal follow-up.
2. Check and improve your migrated product sheets
   To publish, product sheets must obtain the status VALID.
3. Publish to Hubo
   As soon as your product sheets are VALID, you can publish:
   Via MPM Targets and GDSN Targets:
   Hubo GLN = 5400620000001
    

1. Take a subscription to My Product Manager Share
   My Product Manager is the Belgian data pool.
   1. You are free to choose another data pool, but we recommend contacting us first to ensure compatibility with the GS1 Benelux data model.
   2. If you choose My Product Manager as your data pool, we will prepare an offer.
2. Approve the offer and pay the invoice
   1. Log in to My GS1.
   2. Approve the offer for My Product Manager Share.
   3. Pay the related invoice.
3. Automatic migration of Hubo supplier data
   After payment, GS1 migrates the available product data to your My Product Manager Share account within three working days.
   We will contact you for a personal onboarding.
4. Complete product sheets to status “VALID”
   You immediately receive a basic set of product data. Make the required corrections.
5. Publish to Hubo
   Publish your products via MPM Targets and GDSN Targets: Hubo GLN = 5400620000001

GS1 offers a free connection between your data pool and My Product Manager.
We set up the connection between both data pools.

Configuration and publication instructions
After activation, publish your products from your data pool:

• to the Hubo GLN → 5400620000001
• and to My Product Manager → GLN 5410000876546

CIC status and product visibility

• CIC Synchronized: your product information has correctly arrived in My Product Manager and is visible to Hubo.
• CIC Review: your publication contains one or more errors. The product sheet is created in My Product Manager, but is not visible to Hubo.

What to do in case of a CIC review?

1. Check the error message(s) in your data pool.
   Tip: in My Product Manager, you can generate an export of all current errors per GTIN via the validation report.
2. Correct the related data in your product sheet.
3. Publish again:
   1. first to My Product Manager,
   2. then to Hubo.

Only when your publication receives the status CIC Synchronized again is your product fully visible to Hubo.
