As part of the ongoing improvement of My Product Manager, a new publication flow will be introduced on 16/06/2026. This will be the first part of the redesign in the publication process.
This redesign has as objective to make the tool more intuitive and clearer, while enhancing the overall user experience.
Objective
The data publication and sharing process will be restructured to offer:
- a clearer visibility of data status;
- a smoother and more consistent navigation;
- a simpler and more user friendly overall experience.
The redesign will occur in several phases.
- Put publication settings in view ‘My products’.
- Merge ‘MPM’ and ‘GDSN targets’ for My Product Manager interface users
- Add name of data recipients in publication list.
- Add name of data recipient in GDSN feedback for My Product Manager interface users.
- Add the button ‘depublish’.
- Add the options ‘add GLN’ or ‘delete GLN’ when you want to update GLN specific publications.
- Add search field on publication settings in filter.
- Export of publication settings.
- Use icons for publication settings.
- Simplify GDSN feedback naming.
- Improve filtering on publication settings (and other columns).
- Redesign ‘My products overview’.
