•    No theory for theory’s sake: expect a pragmatic approach you can immediately apply in your business.
•    Discover how to bring together creativity, consumer understanding, brand strategy & commercial relevance.
•    Experiment with practical tools — including AI — to broaden and challenge your innovation thinking.
•    And learn how to build innovation in a structured, inspiring and genuinely consumer-focused way.

Some of the questions that will be addressed

•    What is innovation — and what is not?
•    Where should you look for innovation opportunities beyond your existing products and competitors?
•    How can societal trends and changing consumer behaviour inspire innovation?
•    How can evolving habits, needs, tensions and consumption occasions reveal new opportunities?
•    What can we learn from consumers, retail, specialist channels and innovations in other markets?
•    How can you move from different sources of inspiration towards innovation territories and platforms?
•    How can the same opportunity be stretched across different products, formats, occasions, channels and levels of convenience?
•    How do you assess and prioritize opportunities based on consumer relevance, brand fit, innovation level, feasibility and business potential?
