The European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) is part of the European Green Deal. This Green Deal aims to make Europe the first climate-neutral continent by 2050.

To achieve this goal, the EU has introduced several regulations for companies. One of these regulations is the European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), designed to prevent deforestation worldwide.

To comply with this regulation, companies need to collect and share information on, among other things, the origin of certain products. And this is exactly where GS1 can help!

Learn more about the obligations the EUDR legislation entails, and how GS1 helps you exchange and identify this data during our Sustainability Session on 24 September at 13:00.
