The address is incorrect
. You can change the address in My GS1 under ‘Invoicingdetails’ “Invoicing details” in the “My account” tab. If you are not authorised to change the address, this is because your address is synchronised with the CBE. As soon as the address has been officially changed in the CBE, it will also be updated in your customer portal.

Incorrect VAT number or transfer
To guarantee the uniqueness of your barcodes, all our contracts are linked to VAT numbers. If you change your VAT number due to the sale of your entire business, part of your product range, a merger or other reasons, the contracts must be amended. You can find the impact of this on this page.

*Access to the GS1 Belgium & Luxembourg applications will be closed (My Product Manager / My Coupon Manager / My Locations).

*Your product data will no longer be forwarded to your trading partners and in the applications (My Product Manager / My Coupon Manager / My Locations).

You no longer have access to the “My Coupon Manager” application and the couponing network.

*You will no longer be able to market discount vouchers, and Highco will be notified of the termination of your contract.
