Via My Product Manager is het mogelijk om te publiceren naar afnemers buiten België en Luxemburg. Dit gebeurt via het GS1 GDSN netwerk.
Hierbij is volgende belangrijk:
- In de productfiche zelf bij land van verkoop de landen aanduiden waar je GDSN afnemers hebt.
- Voeg zeker altijd ook België toe, dit is nodig voor de validatieregels.
- We voeren weinig tot geen validaties uit voor andere doelmarkten. Reden hiervoor is dat de meeste van onze velden gelijk lopen en dat hun datamodellen, net als het onze, wijzigt en wij hier geen automatische notificaties rond krijgen.
- De meeste velden zijn voor alle landen gelijk, toch zijn er enkele doelmarktspecifieke velden. Je kan ze makkelijk vinden via onze zoekbalk met het trefwoord 'doelmarkt'.
- Sla je productfiches op en pas ook aan in de andere niveau’s van de hiërarchie die van toepassing zijn.
- Hele hiërarchie klaar? Herpubliceer de hiërarchie.
- Kijk de dag erna naar de GDSN feedback in de tab ‘Mijn producten’. Aan de hand van de feedback zal je weten welke gegevens de retailers nog nodig hebben.

Nederland heeft een datakwaliteitsprogramma voor levensmiddelen en drogisterij producten. Ook voor andere sectoren waarbij consumenteninformatie belangrijk is zullen in de komende jaren auditprogramma’s worden opgestart.
Meer informatie over het programma en de inschrijving indien je verplicht moet deelnemen, kan je hier op de website van GS1 Nederland terugvinden.
Je kan via GS1 GDSN productinformatie doorsturen naar de Franse markt. Op de website van GS1 France kan je richtlijnen terugvinden met doelmarkt en sectorspecifieke informatie.
Ook wordt in Frankrijk gewerkt met GDSN aangestuurde prijsberichten. Dit wordt in My Product Manager niet ondersteund. Je kan zich hiervoor wenden naar GS1 gecertifieerde datapools die deze functionaliteit wel aanbieden.
Je kan dan opteren voor 2 opties bij de Franse datapools.
- Je kiest voor gratis toegang tot de netwerken waarbij je de productdata zal ingeven in deze platformen (= geen connectie met My Product Manager).
Opgelet, je zal hiervoor een andere GLN nodig hebben dan deze die je gebruikt in My Product Manager. Via My Locations Manager kan je een nieuwe GLN aanmaken. - Je kiest voor een koppeling met My Product Manager, wat meestal een extra fee met zich meebrengt. Op die manier kan je de data vanuit My Product Manager beheren en publiceren en in de Franse datapool de prijsinformatie doorsturen in een apart kanaal.
Voor de Duitse doelmarkt zijn er veel extra velden in te vullen. Via deze link heb je een overzicht van de meest voorkomende foutmeldingen en welke velden je dient in te vullen.
In Duitsland is er in de datapool een datakwaliteitsportaal gebouwd. Hierdoor worden alle producten die naar hun doelmarkt worden gestuurd gecontroleerd om na te gaan of een datakwaliteitscontrole nodig is. Dit gebeurt via verschillende parameters.
Indien je via de GDSN feedback een REVIEW bericht krijgt met melding ‘This item has not been DQX approved", dien je verplicht deel te nemen aan het kwaliteitsprogramma om de informatie te laten doorstromen naar je Duitse afnemers.

Denemarken is een van de eerste EU-landen die de regelgeving inzake uitgebreide producentenverantwoordelijkheid voor verpakkingen implementeert.
Deze complexe regelgeving vereist de beschikbaarheid van uitgebreide gegevens over verpakkingen doorheen de hele waardeketen. Daarom heeft GS1 Denmark het platform GS1Trade Packaging ontwikkeld. Via dit platform kan je deze uitgebreide verpakkingsgegevens van producten die worden verkocht in Denemarken gestructureerd en efficiënt beheren en delen zodat de wettelijk vereiste aangifte bij de Deense autoriteiten kan worden uitgevoerd. Op dit moment is dit nog niet geconnecteerd met GS1 GDSN, maar hier wordt volop aan gewerkt.
Ben je leverancier en werk je samen met Deense retailers?
Voor gewone productdata kan je gebruik maken van GS1 GDSN om deze data uit te wisselen.
