My Product Manager permet de publier pour des preneurs hors Belgique et Luxembourg. Et ce, via le réseau GS1 GDSN.
Pour ce faire, les éléments suivants sont importants :
- Indiquez vous-même dans la fiche produit, pour le pays de vente, les pays dans lesquels votre GDSN a des preneurs.
- Ajoutez toujours la Belgique, car c’est nécessaire pour les règles de validation.
- Nous ne procédons à presque aucune validation pour d’autres marchés cibles. Et ce, parce que la majorité de nos champs sont synchronisés et que leurs datamodels, tout comme les nôtres, changent sans que nous ne recevions de notifications.
- La plupart des champs sont identiques pour tous les pays, mais certains champs sont spécifiques au marché cible.
Vous pouvez les trouver facilement via notre barre de recherche en utilisant le mot-clé « marché cible ». - Enregistrez vos fiches produit et modifiez-les également dans les autres niveaux de la hiérarchie concernés.
- Toute la hiérarchie est prête ? Republiez-la.
- Le lendemain, consultez les feedback GDSN dans l’onglet ‘Mes produits’. Grâce aux retours, vous saurez quelles informations les distributeurs attendent encore.

Les Pays-Bas disposent d’un programme de qualité des données pour les produits de grande consommation. Des programmes d’audit seront lancés ces prochaines années dans d’autres secteurs dans lesquels les informations consommateur sont importantes.

Vous pouvez transmettre des données sur les produits au marché français par le réseau GS1 GDSN.
Sur le site de GS1 France vous retrouvez des directrices sur le marché cible et des informations spécifiques au secteur.
A côté des fiches produit, ils demandent également des informations de prix par GS1 GDSN. C'est un aspect que nous ne prenons pas en charge dans My Product Manager. Pour cela, vous pouvez vous tourner vers des datapools certifiés GS1 qui offrent cette fonctionnalité.
Vous pouvez alors opter pour deux options avec les datapools français.
- Vous optez pour un accès libre aux réseaux où vous introduirez les données produits dans ces plateformes (= pas de connexion avec My Product Manager).
Veuillez noter que vous aurez besoin d'un GLN différent de celui que vous utilisez dans My Product Manager. Vous pouvez créer un nouveau GLN via My Locations. - Vous choisissez de vous connecter à My Product Manager, ce qui implique généralement un coût supplémentaire. Vous pouvez ainsi gérer et publier les données de MPM pour les marchés hors France et, dans le pool de données français, transmettre les informations sur les fiche-produit et prix associés dans un canal catalogue distinct.
En Allemagne, un portail pour la qualité des données existe au sein même de la datapool. Tous les produits envoyés vers ce marché cible y sont contrôlés afin de vérifier si un contrôle de la qualité des données est nécessaire. Et ce, par le biais de différents paramètres.
Si le feedback GDSN est accompagné d’un message « REVIEW » indiquant « This item has not been DQX approved », la participation au programme de qualité des données est obligatoire afin de transmettre les informations aux preneurs allemands.

Le Danemark est l’un des premiers pays de l’UE à mettre en œuvre la législation sur la responsabilité élargie des producteurs (REP) pour les emballages.
Cette réglementation exige la disponibilité de données détaillées sur les emballages tout au long de la chaîne de valeur.
C’est pourquoi GS1 Denmark a développé la plateforme GS1Trade Packaging.
Cette plateforme permet de gérer et de partager de manière structurée et efficace les données détaillées sur les emballages des produits vendus au Danemark, afin de répondre aux obligations légales de déclaration auprès des autorités danoises.
Actuellement, la plateforme n’est pas encore connectée à GS1 GDSN, mais on y travaille activement.
Vous êtes fournisseur et travaillez avec des distributeurs danois ?
- Pour les données produit standard, vous pouvez utiliser GS1 GDSN pour l’échange de données.
- Si on vous demande de fournir des informations détaillées pour la déclaration des matériaux d’emballage, vous devez contacter GS1 Denmark afin d’obtenir un accès à la plateforme GS1Trade Packaging.

Si le nom GDSN est connu, vous pouvez facilement le rechercher dans notre data model et retrouver le nom dans My Product Manager.
